Introduction

Gyeongnam Art Museum(GAM) provides diverse exhibition and education programs with a goal to achieve interactive learning, based on the understanding of complexities of contemporary art and research on the relationship between art and society. In addition, the museum strives to highlight the characteristics of art in the Gyeongnam region by collecting significant modern and contemporary artworks and organizing exhibitions that focus on the region.

New Year’s Day(January 1st), Seollal(Korean New Year’s Day), Chuseok(Korean Thanksgiving Day), and every Monday(If Monday is a public holiday, the first weekday after that.)

Admission Hours

10:00 ~ 18:00

(No entry after 17:30)

Docent Program

Date and Time : Tue~Sun 13:00, 15:00

Stand by in front of the exhibition hall on the first floor of GAM
If there are no participants until 10 minutes after the start time, docent program is canceled
You can’t record or shoot without prior consent

Period · From 2021-11-02 (Tuesday) to when the quarantine rules are changed in the future
How to Operate · Admission is not made through advance reservation · All of them are registered on-site · There's no limit to the number of people per hour · When entering, it is essential to provide personal information for quarantine, such as identifying the movement path of COVID-19 confirmed patients
※ If you have fever or respiratory abnormalities, or if you don't wear a mask, you are restricted from entering. ※ Visitors with infants can rent strollers at the information desk.
