Business Operation Innovation Assistant Manager

직무상세

- Responsible for gathering and understanding internal/external customer requirements of operation process improvement and innovation (Like CPFR, CVP)

- Responsible for analyzing & identifying internal/external customer operational issues (Root Cause, Impact, Opportunity, etc.)

- Responsible for innovation task development & detailed solution design for process efficiency, system requirements enhancement, etc. Communicate with HQ & SEAO Subsidiaries

- Responsible for preparing and presenting solution, expected results of innovation tasks and initiatives to internal/external customers

- Responsible for planning and implementing solutions designed for the operations of subsidiaries

- Responsible for Subsidiary SCM operation, system admin and KPI management

1) Background/Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

- Experience in business consulting or project management (preferred)

- IDEA (dashboard analytics system) development/management skills with some script knowledge.

2) Necessary Attributes & Skills

- Able to communicate instructions clearly and concisely in a professional manner

- Good decision making and problem solving skills

- Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimal supervision

- Proficient in using computer applications, especially Excel and Power Point

- good at English
