“여러분의 신고가 구제역, 고병원성조류인플루엔자 국내 유입을 막아줍니다!”
해외여행자 공항만 입국 신고 및 소독 안내 (☎ 1588-9060)
해외여행자는 구제역, 고병원성조류인플루엔자 발생국가(아래 국가목록 참조)를 체류·경유하여 입국시 해당 국가의 축산농가 또는 축산시장을 방문한 경우 “여행자 세관 신고서” 해당항목에 기재하시기 바라며, 2011년 7월 25일부터는 공항 또는 항구에 주재하는 농림축산검역본부에서 “입국자 동물검역 신고서”를 작성하고, 검역관의 소독, 검사 등 조치를 따라주시기 바랍니다.
이를 위반할 경우 가축전염병예방법에 따라 500만원 이하의 과태료를 받을 수 있습니다.
축산관계자 공항만 출입국 신고 및 소독 안내 (☎ 1588-9060)
축산관계자는 2011년 7월 25일부터 구제역, 고병원성조류인플루엔자 발생국가(아래 국가목록 참조)로 출국하는 경우 공항 또는 항구에 주재하는 농림축산검역본부에서 출국신고서를 작성하시거나, 출국 전에 농림축산검역본부 홈페이지(www.qia.go.kr) “축산관계자 출국 신고시스템”에서 출국신고서를 온라인으로 신청하실 수 있습니다.
또한, 해당 국가를 체류·경유하여 입국할 때에는 공항 또는 항구에 주재하는 농림축산검역본부에서 “입국자 동물검역 신고서”를 작성하고, 검역관의 소독, 검사 등 조치를 따라주시기 바랍니다.
이를 위반할 경우 가축전염병예방법에 따라 1년 이하의 징역 또는 500만원 이하의 벌금을 받을 수 있습니다
◈ 축산관계자의 범위

◈ 해외여행자 및 축산관계자 유의사항
☞ 구제역․조류인플루엔자 발생국가를 여행한 경우에는 축산농가, 가축시장 등 방문을 금지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
☞ 귀국한 후에는 5일간 가축 사육시설 출입을 삼가하여 주시기 바랍니다.
☞ 해외여행 중에 입었던 옷 등은 바로 세탁하여 주시고, 샤워 등 개인위생 관리에도 철저를 기하여 주시기 바랍니다.
☞ 여행지에서 판매하는 육류, 햄, 소시지 등 축산물을 가져오지 마시고, 부득이 가져온 경우에는 도착 공항 및 항구에 주재하는 농림축산검역본부에 신고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Notice for the Overseas Travellers & Livestock-Related Persons
“Your quarnatine declaration prevents the introduction of Foot and Mouth Disease(FMD) and Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza(HPAI) into the Republic of Korea."
For the Overseas Travellers : please call 1588-9060 for more information
If you have visited livestock farms or livestock markets in the countries listed below, please mark the applicable clause on the "Customs Declaration Form" with "V" upon arrival. Starting from July 25, 2011 you should fill out the “Animal Quarantine Declaration Form" and follow the necessary measures carried out by Quarantine Officers, such as Disinfection and Inspection at the Quarantine Office of Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency(hereinafter referred to as "QIA") in airport or seaport.
Please make sure that Overseas Traveller who fails to comply with the above mentioned information may be fined up to 5 million won(w) in accordance with "Contagious Animal Diseases Prevention Act".

① Starting from July 25, 2011 if your country of destination is listed below, you should fill out the Departure Declaration Form at the Quarantine Office of QIA in airport or seaport. Or you can fill out the Departure Declaration Form on the "On-line Departure Declaration System for the Livestock-related persons" at the QIA's hompage(www.qia.go.kr) to declare before departure.
And also, when you return from or via the countries listed below, you should fill out the “Animal Quarantine Declaration Form" and follow the necessary measures carried out by Quarantine Officers, such as Disinfection and Inspection at the Quarantine Office of QIA in airport or seaport.
Please make sure that Livestock-related person who fails to comply with the above mentioned information may be fined up to 5 million won(w) or one year of imprisonment in accordance with "Contagious Animal Diseases Prevention Act".

<Notice for the Overseas Travellers and Livestock-Related Persons>
▶During trips to the countries listed below, please refrain from visiting livestock farms and livestock markets.
▶Please refrain from entering any livestock farms for at least 5 days after arrival.
▶Please wash the clothes that you have worn immediately and pay close attention to your personal hygiene(e.g. taking shower) after arrival.
▶Please don't bring any livestock products(e.g. meat, sausage, ham) from the countries you have visited. If you brought them unintentionally, you should declare to the Quarantine Office of QIA at the arrival terminal at the airport/seaport.
