MAMF started in 2005 as a "multicultural festival with migrants." This year marks the 18th event, spreading waves of coexistence and inclusion as Korea's representative cultural diversity festival.
It provides a venue for mutual respect, harmony, and understanding through diverse cultural experiences.
With over 250,000 domestic and foreign participants, including ministers of guest countries and embassies from various countries, the festival plays a significant role in public diplomacy and serves as an international friendship-building festival.
