	Eligibility	① An enterprise that signed MOU with the province or the relevant City·County ② An enterprise building a new business establishment or expanding an existing establishment in the province
	Requirements	Must invest KRW 10 billioin or more in the facilities and employ 30 or more full-time employees
	Eligible Business Types	Manufacturing, ICT, Knowledge service
	Benefits	Within 10% of facility investment(up to KRW 3 billion)
	Caution	Application: Within 3 month from the construction start date; Investment completion period:3 year


	Eligibility	① An enterprise outside the province relocating an existing business establishment to the province, or newly constructing or expanding a business establishment in the province ② An enterprise with a rental contract for a state-owned/public land
	Requirements	Must invest KRW 10 billion or more in the facilities: and employ 30 or more new employees ※Including the existing employees at the time of relocating to the province
	Eligible Business Types	Manufacturing
	Benefits	70% of the land rent; may not exceed KRW 300 million: for up to 10 years
	Caution	Applicatio Within 1 year from the first lease contract Investment completion period 3 year
